Q: If you could thank one person (living or dead) for his or her influence in your life, who would you thank?

A: Jesus above all! But besides the King Himself I could not thank just one person, there are too many that have played a huge role in my life. Taking me from who I was to who I am today.  I could thank one family however. That would be the Busby’s. That is all the originals and their wives/husbands. If I choose just one I feel like I would be selling the rest short. Each one played a significant role in molding me into the man I am today.

Q: What does “giving thanks” mean to you?
A: Living life with with an attitude of thankfulness and not a sense of entitlement. When you humble yourself you can be thankful for so much more in this world. When you live like the world owes you something you will end up very disappointed. So it’s more a state of being to me, opposed to something we do.

A: Baby Busby on her way, my beautiful wife that continues to get prettier day by day, and my sweet “Sean Blue” truck.

A: I can’t remember specifics, I look forward to spending time with the extended family every year, and I have been blessed to spend every Thanksgiving of my life with all of them.

Q: What are you most thankful for today?
A: The Cross, one Man’s ultimate sacrifice to secure eternal happiness for thousands of His children till the end of time. It’s the reason I live, the reason I smile, the reason I love, and the most precious gift that has ever been given to me. It’s the only gift that can never be taken away, be broken, get lost, or forgotten. I am forever thankful for His sacrifice!!
